Evan Williams, born in 1972, a native of Nebraska, is an American entrepreneur who has founded two Internet companies. Williams and Meg Hourihan co-founded Pyra Labs to make project management software, but parts of the application were used to create Blogger, one of the first web applications for creating and managing blogs.
