Kerry Howell , MS, ACSM HFI, is the Assistant Director of the Wellness Program. Kerry uses her knowledge of exercise physiology and nutrition to help improve the lives of not just the wellness members but all of the Cornell University community. Kerry graduated cum laude with a B. S. in Fitness & Cardiac Rehabilitation/Exercise Science from Ithaca College in 1997 earning the Departmental Award for Excellence. She received her Master's degree in Exercise Physiology in 2004.

Alison Davis Executive Director Prior to starting the MNC, Alison worked with students, alumni, and nonprofit organizations as the assistant director of the Public Management Program at Stanford Business School. Earlier in her career she administered an English teaching program in China as an associate director of Volunteers in Asia. She also taught English at an iron and steel institute in China and in public health offices in Indonesia.

Megan Shea Megan Shea is a doctoral candidate, currently working on her dissertation entitled “Kinship Stands: The Female Body in Ancient Greek and Contemporary American Performance.” Her dissertation uses recent kinship scholarship as a lens to investigate how changes in 5th century BCE Athenian performance culture may have altered the occidental visualization of the female body. Megan holds Masters’ Degrees in Theatre from Cornell and the University of Kansas.
- Rachel Boyers
Rachel is the mother of two wonderful girls and has recently adopted a joyful baby boy from Korea. Rachel has experienced first hand the important work of Parent to Parent and FITP. Her third child, Ethan suffered from an undiagnosed seizure disorder and numerous other medical issues. After showing incredible strength, Ethan passed away on May 24, 2005 at the age of 2½ years.

Dr. Curtis H. Petzoldt serves as Assistant Director of the New York State IPM Program and as Vegetable IPM Coordinator at Cornell University. Dr. Petzoldt’s responsibilities have included managing Cornell’s IPM-labeling effort, including working with organizations such as Wegmans Food Markets and the New York State Berry Growers Association to establish their Cornell-licensed IPM labels.

He was the assistant director for health and human resources, the division providing Congress with analyses of proposed changes to federal programs and policies in areas such as health, income security, education, employment, and housing, at the Congressional Budget Office.

Donald M. Kerr is the Deputy Director for Science and Technology at the Central Intelligence Agency. Previous to his position at the CIA, Dr. Kerr served as an Assistant Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He was responsible for the Laboratory Division, which conducts forensic examinations; develops surveillance and tactical communications technologies; and supports law enforcement through research, training, and operational deployments.

His first employment was with the Wisconsin Conservation Department in 1937 as a Biologist's Aide at Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin.

Noel accepted the appointment as director after serving three years as an associate director of athletics for the Big Red. Since becoming director, Noel has continued to hire top coaches and has also successfully upgraded a number of department facilities (including renovating Schoellkopf Hall and Lynah Rink and building the Friedman Wrestling Center).
