    Jaime Moreno Morales (born January 19, 1974 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra) is a Bolivian football (soccer) striker (forward), the first Bolivian to play in the English Premiership. He has spent most of his career with Major League Soccer club D.C. United, of which he is the captain.   4. Tom Soehn

    Tom Soehn was named as United's head coach on December 21, 2006. His second season as the helm was one of frustration and adversity, as the team finished with a record of just 11-15-4 and missed out on the post-season for the first time since 2002.
