- Ambeth Ocampo
Ambeth R. Ocampo is a historian and author, and is best known for his column in the Philippine Daily Inquirer, "Looking Back." He was born in Manila in 1961. He was educated at the Ateneo de Manila University through primary, secondary and tertiary levels and obtained a BA and an MA in Philippine Studies from De La Salle University. He has taught at the University of the Philippines (Diliman), San Beda College, and De La Salle University.

Brother Andrew Benjamin Gonzalez FSC (February 29, 1940 - January 29, 2006) was a linguist, writer, educator, and a Lasallian Brother. He served as president of De La Salle University from 1979 to 1991 and from 1994 to 1998. From 1998 to 2001 he served as Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.

Ernest Lorenzo (Enchong) Dee (born November 5, 1988) is a Filipino actor, model, and champion swimmer. He is a member of ABS CBN's elite circle of homegrown talents properly named Star Magic, ABS-CBN's Talent Management & Development Center and stars in Star Magic Presents: Abt Ur Luv. Enchong, also known as Ernest, is part of the Philippine national swim team and has participated in the SEA Games and 2006 Asian Games.

Mohan Gumatay, with the radio name of Mo Twister is a controversial radio DJ personality in the Philippines. All he wanted was “pocket money for school”. Instead, the then-teenager studying at De La Salle University's "sideline job" became much more. He was everywhere; on television, starring in commercials, appearing print ads and billboards, making notable appearances in movies, and even landing a recording contract.

Monsour del Rosario is a Filipino Taekwondo practioner and actor. He was a member of the Philippine National Taekwondo Team from 1982 to 1989 and team captain from 1985 to 1989. He was an 8 time national lightweight champion and is a member of the Taekwondo Hall of Fame, Kukkiwon. Along with Stephen Fernandez, Monsour set up the "Olympians Tae Kwon Do Training Center" in the Philippines to promote and develop people in the martial art of Taekwondo.

Jessie Banayad Castillo (born June 15, 1956 in Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines) is a Filipino politician, being the former mayor of the town of Bacoor, where he served for three straight terms until recently. Castillo earned both his undergraduate and masteral degrees from De La Salle University in Manila. Before entering politics, he served different positions in financing companies, and worked as a Special Assistant to then Cavite Governor Juanito Remulla.
- Ariston Estrada Jr.
Aristón Estrada, Jr., Filipino, born in 1940, has served as director of Ayala since 1983 and is also the Adviser to the Chairman of Ayala. He was formerly a director of AC International Finance Ltd., Ayala DBS Holdings, Inc. and of the Bank of the Philippine Islands for 19 years from 1983 to 2002. Mr. Estrada holds an A.B. degree in humanities (summa cum laude) from De La Salle University (1960) and a B.Sc. degree, major in accounting (1962).
