    Elena Draznin, MD, Rehabilitation Medical Director Dr. Draznin is a Medical Director of the Rehabilitation Unit of the Swedish Medical Center and a former Director of Medical Affairs of Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital. Originally from Russia where she was trained as a neurologist, Dr. Draznin has later completed her residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, where she also was a Chief Resident in 1982-83.

    Sheryl Burt Ruzek , Ph.D., MPH is Professor of Health Studies and Ph.D. Program Director in the Department of Health Studies at Temple University. She chairs the university-wide Interdisciplinary Public Health Steering Committee, serves on the board of ECRI, A WHO Collaborating Center, is a consultant to the Philadelphia Department of Health and is a member of the Leadership Team on a partnership project to develop primary care for Kiev, Ukraine.

She is Director, Geriatric Education Center, and was appointed by the Governor to serve on the NM Health Policy Commission.

    Arthur T. Fort , M.D., ABFP/ABOG Professor of Family Medicine and Comprehensive Care Department Chairman Dr. Fort received his M.D., from the University of Tennessee. Among his many appointments and accomplishments, he has served as chairman of the LSUMC-S Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and had returned to that department's faculty prior to assuming the chair of the Department of Family Medicine and Comprehensive Care in 1982.

    Eric Wall , MD, MPH Adjunct Professor Eric Wall received his M.D. in 1977 from the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium, and completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Miami in 1980. He completed a two-year Robert Wood Johnson Faculty Development Fellowship at the University of Washington, Department of Family Medicine, and in 1982 received a master's degree in public health from the University of Washington's School of Public Health and Community Medicine.

She is the Chair of the Department of Family Medicine at Provident Hospital of Cook County.

    Josephine Connolly is a Registered Dietitian and Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Stony Brook University Medical Center, and author of Losing Weight Permanently with the Bull's-Eye Food Guide (Bull Publishing, 2004). Ms. Connolly received her BS Cornell University and her MS from the Pennsylvania State University. She is currently working on her PhD on the topic of the social construction of children's eating patterns.

    Michel Labrecque , MD, PhD, CCFP - Michel Labrecque practises family medicine at the Family Medicine Unit of Saint François d'Assise Hospital in Quebec City, and performs no-scalpel vasectomy in both private and academic settings. A full professor at the Department of Family Medicine at Laval University, Michel has participated in and presented extensively at Quebec, national and international seminars on clinical and healthcare issues.

  39. Doctor Frederick G. Freitag

    Doctor Frederick G. Freitag is Associate Director of the Diamond Headache Clinic. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and received his D.O. degree at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, at which he serves as Affiliate Instructor in the Department of Family Medicine.

    Stephen Bogdewic , Ph.D. Dr. Stephen Bogdewic is Executive Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs and Professional Development and Dr. George W. Copeland Professor and Associate Chair of the Department of Family Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine. He is also Adjunct Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics and Professor of Public and Environmental Affairs. In 2003-2004 Dr. Bogdewic served as President of the Indiana University School of Medicine faculty.
