After graduating from the University of Adelaide, Australia in 1986, Dr. Moyle moved to the UK and began working in HIV and AIDS in 1988.

Beau Gratzer Director of HIV/STD Prevention Beau joined Howard Brown in 2003 as the Men's Health Manager, and was named the Director of HIV/STD Prevention in 2006. In this capacity, he oversees an array of testing and prevention programs targeting men-who-have-sex-with-men (MSM) in Chicago and the surrounding Cook County area.

John Fitch is the Clinical Coordinator for the Denver STD/HIV PTC. John came to Denver in 1993 -- moving down the road from Boulder -- to coordinate Denver Public Health*s Confidential and Anonymous HIV Testing Sites. In 1997, he became the Director of HIV/AIDS Education and in 2000 he joined the Denver PTC. His interest in web-based activities and video development have fit well with the PTC's expanding programs.

Dr. Grant Colfax The San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) has named Dr. Grant Colfax as its new director of HIV prevention. Colfax will start his new job on Sept. 4.

Dr Roberto Andrade is an Assistant Professor at the Baylor College of Medicine, Section of Infectious Disease. He is also the Director of HIV/(AIDS) -Education at the Thomas Street Clinic in Houston Texas. Dr Andrade received his medical doctorate degree from Ecuador, and later on completed an Internal Medicine residency program at the Atlanta Medical Center, Atlanta –Georgia.

Daniel C. Simpson, a Choctaw from Oklahoma, Director of HIV/AIDS Services and AIDS Program Coordinator, IHS, spoke next, offering to respond to PACHA recommendations relating to IHS. Mr. Simpson referred Council members to the IHS Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood, which is the ticket for health care for Indians.

Paul A. Ross holds a doctorate in education from the University of Massachusetts with a concentration on human resource management and applied organizational behavior. Through his capacity as worldwide director of HIV/AIDS programs for Digital Equipment Corporation and now, as an independent consultant, he has become one of the country's leading experts on issues associated with HIV/AIDS.
