She has served each of those organizations in various committee capacities and training roles. She also serves as a director with the Greater Nashville Apartment Association. A Nashville native, Jo Anne is active in the community, serving on the board of the North Nashville Community Development Organization.

Bryan graduated from Charlotte Country Day School in 1996. Bryan was a member of the football and track teams, and holds several records for Mecklenburg County High School Football.

Monica finished Catholic high school in Medellin, Colombia in 1985. After graduating, she worked for her father on an engineering project in order to gain hands-on experience. Monica earned a college scholarship, but turned it down in order work and raise money to immigrate to the United States.

For the last sixteen years Chuck has been in commercial real estate management and leasing.
