    Armando Gutierrez (born November 17, 1949 Cuba) is a political figure in the United States and nationally respected Hispanic leader. Gutierrez was born in Cuba, but political pressures forced him into exile to the United States, where he spent several years in New Jersey and eventually settled in Miami, Florida. After several years in the banking industry, Gutierrez had built a strong name in the Cuban community, which led to his involvement in politics.

Following this work, she helped found a clinical program for children of divorced families at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital.
