Sam Zell is the co-founder and chairman of Equity International. His investments span the finance, energy, transportation, communications, and real estate industries, and he maintains substantial interests in, and is the chairman of, five public companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange. In April 2007, Zell submitted a proposal to finance the sale of the Tribune Company to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Mr. Jason Selch Director Jason Selch is the Managing Director of Equity Group Investments, a private investment firm based in Chicago. From 1994 to 2005 he was Global Energy Analyst with Columbia Wagner Asset Management, a subsidiary of the Bank of America, responsible for over $2billion in energy investments. Prior to this he worked as an investment banker for Weisser, Johnson & Co., and as a consultant for Ammonite Resources.

Ira Chaplik Ira Chaplik is chief operating officer of Equity International. Mr. Chaplik has been associated with the Company since its inception in 1999 and is primarily responsible for the operations and legal management of the Company and its investment portfolio. He is a director of various portfolio companies, including BR Malls (BZ:BRML3) and Alto Palermo, S.A, a retail property company in Argentina partially owned by Parque Arauco.

Christopher J. Fiegen Chris Fiegen is chief investment officer of Equity International. Mr. Fiegen has been associated with the Company since its inception in 1999 and is primarily responsible for the investment activity of the Company.

Drake Powell Senior Vice President Mr. Powell is the Senior Vice President of Baron Property Services, and has been in the real estate industry for over 14 years. Prior to his current position, Drake held District and Area Management positions at Lincoln Property Company and Equity Residential, as well as Financial Analyst and Asset Manager positions at Equity Group Investments and Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Powell is a Colorado native and has a BA degree from Colorado College.

John S. Thievon Director John has over 17 years experienceas a senior pharmaceutical executive with significant experience in sales, business development and operations.

David Clark David Clark has completed over $3.0 Billion in financial transactions and turnarounds in natural resources, oil and gas, real estate, asset recovery, fine art, digital instrumentation, network telecom, transportation, and specialty finance.
