Eliezer Manor is an Israeli businessman, founder and owner of Shirat Enterprises Ltd. in Israel, with more than 30 years experience in hi-tech and venture capital (VC). He founded several hi-tech companies in Israel and the US and is one of the pioneers of the venture capital industry in Israel, being the founder of one of the first VC funds in Israel and two VC funds in the Silicon Valley, as well as a co-founder and first Executive Director of the Israel Venture Capital Association.

Sally has worked in HR for over 10 years in the UK and Europe in a variety of roles in the Retail and Consultancy sectors. John A. Orcutt is Deputy Director for Research at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography and directs UCSD’s Center for Earth Observations and Applications (CEOA).
