Sterling McDonald , Chief Financial OfficerMr. McDonald joined NGS as Chief Financial Officer in 2003. Since joining us, he has also been responsible for the administrative functions of the Company. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. McDonald acted as an independent consultant and interim Chief Financial Officer to various companies, predominantly in the petroleum sector.

Kathy is seasoned in counseling individuals, couples, families, children, and groups. She has facilitated empowerment groups for gang prevention for parents and children, and for empowering women with HIV/AIDS with Catholic Charities. She has also counseled college students and staff and developed and presented self-improvement and career counseling workshops with the University of Houston's Counseling & Testing Center.

John V. Fougner : Prior to joining Juno, John served as CFO and Vice President of VShips Marine (USA), a vessel management operations entity. This followed a 9-year tenure as Vice President at JP Morgan where John concentrated on banking and financial product risk and reporting. John began his career at Arthur Andersen as a supervisor in the audit practice division. John is a CPA and graduated cum laude with a BS in Accounting from LeMoyne College.

Stephanie Loiacono has nearly 20 years of investment experience, with an emphasis during the last six years on equity research in the small-cap and micro-cap markets. Ms. Loiacono’s industry expertise includes U.S. and non-U.S. financial institutions, and U.S. and non-U.S. retailing companies. She previously served as chief investment officer for a start-up investment management company and as co-founder of a venture capital firm.
