Lynne Osterman As GSP’s Minnesota Practice Director, Lynne brings more than 15 years experience in business and government. Lynne served as a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives (R-New Hope) during the first term of re-elected Governor Tim Pawlenty. Her legislative focus was workforce development and job creation, with much of her time spent on issues related to development of the bioscience community in Minnesota .
Paul Lobo joined The Washington Group in May 2005 as a senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer. He is a government affairs and marketing professional with specific expertise in developing innovative public and private partnerships. He also serves as a policy expert on transportation, base redevelopment, port operations and security. Mr. Lobo also serves as CFO managing the financial operations of The Washington Group.
