Martin Rexroad joined Osteotech on April 9, 2007 as Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining Osteotech, Martin served as Vice President, HR Service Center at New York Life Insurance Company where he was responsible for Recruiting, Talent Management Support, Benefits Administration, Payroll, HR Systems, and Project Management. Prior to joining New York Life Insurance in 2005, Martin worked for Altria Corporate Services, Inc. and Philip Morris USA for over 17 years.

John Hinojos - Director, Consulting Services John Hinojos , Director Consulting Services, is responsible for leading and building HRchitect's consulting services operation. He joined HRchitect in 2000 and has over 25 years of Human Resource and HRMS experience with more than a decade at a senior level. His primary areas of expertise include Human Capital Management systems such as core HR, Employee Performance Management and Talent Management Systems.

Karen Greenwalt , Web Deployment Specialist Karen has been with the HR Systems group in the UIHR department since November, 2000. Her job experience has been in several areas of management. Before coming to UIHR she worked in The Office of Student Accounts and Cashiers managing the cashier operations for the University of Illinois. Prior to working for the University she was employed several years at a national bank chain as a branch manager.

Betsy Hughes is Senior VP, Human Resources, at Feinstein Kean Healthcare. Previous positions include Vice President, Human Resources at Amicore, Inc; Vice President, Human Resources at ZAIQ Technologies; Director of Shared Services at Renaissance Worldwide, Inc.; Director of Product Development, Fidelity Investments; and Director of Benefits & HR Systems at Lechmere Corporation. Betsy received a BS from Wheelock College.

Tanya has been involved with training University employees on the online Human Resource Systems, including NESSIE, DART, and NetGLearning. Tanya graduated from the University of Illinois in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and in 2000 with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Education.

Joyce Robinson Joyce Robinson Joyce Robinson serves as a Human Resources Consultant with years of experience specializing in Staffing, Recruitment, Position Classification, Position Management, and Compensation for the NIH Federal Extramural and Intramural Workforce. She’s worked with the following HR Systems, the EHRP, WITS, eOPF, NIH Portal, Quick Hire, Quick Classification, and many more that’s been deployed across the NIH.

Sanjeev Kurup - Vice President & General Manager, New Jersey Sanjeev comes to Secova from a large software services company where he was managing over 300 people who provided HR Systems support to major corporations. He has over 18 years of experience which includes Global Human Resources management and HR process outsourcing. He has proven expertise in HR Application Development and maintenance and Enterprise Application Integration.
