Warren Holtsberg , MVC Capital Warren Holtsberg is a member of the Board of Directors of MVC Capital (NYSE:MVC) and Co-Head of Portfolio Management for the Fund. Mr. Holtsberg sources and executes new investments and helps manage the Fund's global portfolio of private equity, venture capital, small and mid cap debt and equity investments across a broad range of industries including technology, consumer/retail, energy and financial services.

Benedict Rocchio focuses on investment opportunities in the business services sector. Prior to joining Baird Venture Partners in 2000, he worked for KPMG LLP in the information, communications and entertainment group within the assurance practice of the Chicago office, where he focused on clients in the software and telecommunications sectors.

Dan Phelps is a General Partner of Opus Capital leading investments in both established services companies as well as early stage companies. Previously, Dan was a Partner and founding member of Duchossois Technology Partners (DTEC), an early stage venture capital firm, where he focused primarily on networking software and system investments. While at DTEC, Dan led investments in Infoblox, Intellon, Mobilitec (acquired by Lucent), NetNearU, NextHop and Personeta.

Matthew McCall Partner Matthew McCall is a co-founder and Managing Director of Draper Fisher Jurvetson Portage Venture Partners and is a partner at Portage Venture Partners. McCall is responsible for managing the firm’s investments in Centerpost, Cognitive Concepts, EverDream, Lefthand Networks and SiWave. McCall has served on the advisory board to the Mayor’s Council of Technology Advisors in Chicago as well as on numerous other regional high technology advisory boards.

Dave has also been a consultant to the Illinois Venture Capital Association, primarily engaged in research to promote the major venture capital firms within the state. Prior to his experience in the financial world, Dave was a business development and account manager at a successful Boston based Internet startup firm, Be Free, Inc.. After going public in 1999, Be Free, Inc. was acquired in 2003 by Value Click, Inc.

Darrell A. Williams is founder and Managing Member of DuSable Capital LLC, a financial investment and advisory practice targeting growth oriented companies and the organizations (private equity funds, business development groups, etc.) that support them. Through DuSable, Darrell seeks opportunities for direct investment in business services companies, with particular interest in communications.

Jack Downing , a founding member of WorldBridge Partners is a nationally recognized expert in the Technology industry. He leads the Technology practice group for WorldBridge Partners and has successfully completed over 350 searches worldwide. Jack began his executive search career in 1992, and in 1997 he opened the Chicago office.

Jim Dugan - CEO/Co-Founder/Managing Partner Jim Dugan is the Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of OCA Ventures. Prior to co-founding OCA Ventures in 2001, Jim oversaw the OCA Ventures Pledge Fund which made direct venture capital investments for the O’Connor Partners Investment Office. Jim has board responsibilities for Techskills, EdMap, Home Preview Channel, Cleversafe, and Midi.

Robert L. Fealy is Executive Vice President of Duchossois Industries, Inc., a privately-held company headquartered in Elmhurst, IL, Chairman of the Board of Directors of AMX, and the Managing Director of Duchossois Technology Partners, an venture capital firm that invests in early-stage, technology-based companies. He serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Churchill Downs, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company.

Melissa Talarico is the Venture Director and a business advisor for the Chicagoland Entrepreneurial Center (CEC). In this role, she advises CEC clients who are raising both debt and equity financing, assists clients through the process of applying for a CEC matching grant and oversees the expansion of the organization's Venture Forum program.
