Kenneth Norman Fletcher (June 15 1940 - February 11 2006) was an Australian who won several doubles and mixed doubles tennis championships. He was born in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia to parents Norm and Ethel Fletcher. He was educated at St Laurence's College and showed early promise as a championship tennis player there. Ken Fletcher (born January 21, 1948) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for the Essendon Bombers. He is the father of Dustin Fletcher who was drafted into the club through the father son rule. Fletcher was a versitile footballer and played in many positions during his 264 game career for the Bombers. He excelled as a wingman and half back flanker. He won the club's best and fairest award in 1978 and represented Victoria throughout the 1970's.

Born and grew up in Maryland, since have lived in Texas, Alaska, North Carolina, California (25 years), Florida and Rhode Island. They haven't caught me yet. Married twice, divorced twice, two grown kids, four grandkids the newest is "Gus", a couple of long term relationships, in a nice relationship now. Once was a stud and now just Grandpa.

Not much to know. I'm pretty easygoing and low key. I have a huge competitive side though, especially when I bowl. I'm a helpless romantic at heart, but that side doesn't come out a whole lot. Nothing is more important to me than my friends and family.

Ken Fletcher has been a software development engineer for over 25 years. His specialties are database software design and text manipulation. He currently writes using Borland's C++ Builder and Delphi. He has had extensive writing experience in BASIC, C, Pascal, and FORTRAN. Ken is a 1977 Electronics Engineering graduate of Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls, Oregon. After college he worked for Tektronix, Beaverton, Oregon.
