Jay has served as a Director of Zango, Inc. since November 2004. Zango delivers free content (games, videos, software, screen savers, etc.) to internet users through an advertising-supported network. From June 2003 through June 2005 he served on the Board of Directors of Local Matters, Inc. and was named Chairman in December 2003.
