Haji Mohamad Bolhair , aged 50, a Malaysian, has been our Group Managing Director since October 1997. His professional qualifications include being a Member of the Chartered Institute of Cost and Management Accountants, United Kingdom and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Management and he holds a Certificate in the KLCE Commodity Futures Trading since 1991. He started his career as an Accountant with Malaysia LNG Sdn Bhd in 1982.

Datuk Khoo Eng Choo has been an Independent Non-Executive Director since 4 June 2002. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Kumpulan Guthrie Berhad.

Patricia Nunis Patricia Nunis graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 1979 with a Bachelor’s in Social Science. In 2002, Patricia graduated from Universiti Malaya with an MBA specializing in HRM and Organizational Development. She also has a Certificate in Training Management and a Diploma in HRM.

Tun Musa Hitam Tun Musa Hitam , was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of UM Land on 26 January 2006. Mr Foo Chee Thong Mr Foo Chee Thong is the Company Secretary of Portcullis Trust (Labuan) Sdn Bhd, which provides Corporate Secretarial and Administrative Services for Labuan offshore entities. A Chartered Secretary by profession, he also has a Diploma in Accounting and is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the Malaysian Institute of Management.

CHUA SENG BOON , Senior Investment Analyst / Equity Fund Manager Mr. Chua Seng Boon is an Associate Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) United Kingdom and a Passed Finalist of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (CIMA). He is also an Affiliate Member of the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM).

Y Y Lau CEO, YY Property Solutions (in conjunction with Cushman and Wakefield) Ms Lau founded YY Property solutions in 1995, the firm was selected by Cushman& Wakefield as its Malaysian associate. She has helped many leading MNCS such as IBM, KPMG, Sony, Nestle, Kodak with their corporate real estate needs. Ms Lau a registered estate agent (Malaysia), and a fellow member of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Ms Ong Eng Eng is a qualified Counsellor and an Asia Training Consultant in areas of skills acquisition, personal development, motivation, family enrichment and corporate management. Her participants hail from all over Asia. Speaks at various functions such as the Malaysian Institute of Management Tea-talks, Asia Business Forum Secretaries Week and NAMLIA Congress.

Tee Chew Tek Mr Tee has extensive experience in vegetable oil refinery. He worked with Ganda Group of Companies in 1978-1993. He was a Factory Manager with Tinex Kaolin Sdn Bhd in 1994. In 1995 Mr Tee joined Hongkong based Voray Holdings Ltd Co. based in Wuhan China where he has worked for about 7 years prior to joining the group.

Eric has more than 15 years of academic lecturing and tutoring experience at various institutions of higher education. He has worked extensively as a corporate consultant in management, marketing, IT, people, change management, education and product development and strategic management consulting projects, in Europe and South East Asia. He is also an initiator of collaborative ‘human’ network efforts globally.

Valerie Hoi-Fah Looi Corporate Secretary and Director Prior to joining Secured Digital Applications, Inc, Valerie served as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs at SDAM, a position she has held since 1990. She is responsible for the corporate and human resource affairs of Secured Digital Applications, Inc and Perwimas. She brings with her over 15 years of experience in corporate services.
