- Kevin Fox
Kevin R. Fox joined Willbros in 1991 as an engineer. He was promoted to Vice President and General Manager, Tulsa Operations at Willbros Engineers, Inc. in 2006. He is responsible for all project and technical functions, including field services. During the past 15 years, he has performed various engineering functions, managed EPC projects, directed multiple-project programs, and held positions of Manager of Projects and General Manager, Tulsa Operations.

Scott is our Technical Director and also looks after the day-to-day management of Trunk Media. He is responsible for solutions delivery - translating designs into scalable architecture. When Scott is not working hard at Trunk Media "the brain" is either planning world domination, or mastering his mountain bike - Woodhill pheasants beware! Scott returned from London in 2005 having spent six months as Technical Lead at twentysix London working on the Volvo Ocean Race website.

Curtis E. Simkin joined Willbros Engineers, Inc. in 1996 as Project Manager for an international engineering assignment. He was named General Manager of the Houston office and Manager of Projects in Tulsa, and was promoted to Vice President � Project Management in 1999 and President in July 2003.

Dave Massola joined GlobeStar in November 2006 as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Massola is a graduate of University of California where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He has over 25 years of experience in a broad range of financial functions including tax, business planning and analysis, treasury, corporate accounting and internal audit.

Michael D. Skaggs Vice President Mike Skaggs was named Vice President of TVA’s Watts Bar Nuclear Plant in July 2005. He provides general management and oversight of all operations activities at the site. Skaggs has more than 20 years’ experience in the nuclear and electric utility industry. He joined TVA in 1993 as Manager of Projects at Watts Bar Nuclear Plant and was certified as a Senior Reactor Operator during his tenure there.
