Mr. David W. Nyland President & Chief Executive Officer Mr. Nyland is responsible for all aspects of Blueprint’s™ operations. As a seasoned chief executive, Mr. Nyland spent three years as President & CEO of NBS Technologies, a publicly traded company involved in manufacturing and distributing hardware and software solutions for the payment and smart card industry with operations in Canada, USA, London, France, China and Brazil.

David Oh’s background includes eighteen years of success leading and managing design, test, and development programs and diversified cross-functional teams, sixteen of which were spent as part of each of the ‘Big Three’ Automotive Companies (GM, Ford, and Daimler Chrysler) respectively. David was responsible for overseeing technology and Asian customers as a technical director/customer director at Gates Korea.

Toni Doolen – Academic Partner Dr. Doolen is an Assistant Professor in the Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Department at Oregon State University. She teaches courses in manufacturing, management systems engineering, human factors engineering, and industrial engineering. Her research is focused on manufacturing systems design, lean manufacturing, work group effectiveness, mobile technology in education, error management and reduction, and survey design and methodology.

Joe Donahue serves as President of the Global Automotive Division (GAD) business unit of Tyco Electronics, one of the world's largest providers of engineered electronic components, network solutions, undersea telecommunication systems and wireless systems. With fiscal 2008 sales of US$14.8 billion, Tyco Electronics has approximately 96,000 employees in approximately 50 countries.
