Shintaro Kojima Shintaro Kojima is a chief IP architect at NTT Communications Corporation offering global communication services to over 200 countries around the world. He is responsible for the design and operation of the NTT Communications Global IP Network, which has been offering IPv6 commercial services since 2001. During his four years at NTT Communications Corporation, he played a major role in the deployment of the fully dual stack (IPv4/v6) global IP backbone.
