S.H. Rajadhyaksha (53), Company Secretary, has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Honours) from the University of Mumbai and is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary. He joined Tata Consultancy Services Limited on April 22, 2004, prior to which he was with Tata Industries Limited since March 1996 where he functioned as Sr. VP (Finance) & Company Secretary.

Souvik Poddar , Head of Finance Souvik did his graduation from St.Xavier's College, Kolkata. He is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant. Surabhi Gupta Surabhi Gupta is Senior Vice President with Dawnay Day AV and heads the Business Development function working across the group companies in India. She has been one of the first few employees of the company and has been instrumental in obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals for commencement of the various businesses for the group in India. In his earlier assignment, Shashi spent more than 10 years with PepsiCo India Holdings Private Limited, holding various positions across the country. He was the Head of Finance and IT for the South India operations and Sri Lanka between 2003 and 2005, before moving on to Infomedia.

Ravi Kumar , Executive Director Mr. Ravi Kumar is a qualified Cost Accountant with about 20 years of experience in finance, accounts, costing, MIS, supply chain management and business planning. He was associated with Matrix laboratories in his previous assignment. During his six-year stint with Matrix Labs, he was actively involved in several cross-border acquisitions and integration of the acquired companies, besides handling domestic M&A transactions.
