Bach's primary focus will still be the launch of the 360 this fall. This is just another feather in an already impressive cap. Bach is also co-chairman of Microsoft's consumer leadership team, which is why Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer handed Bach the additional responsibilty. Microsoft is hoping that the success of the 360 will help them take the battle to Apple and their successful iTunes Music Store.
