I am real. I am me. I am here, now, ready, for the future, ready to keep moving, ready to keep running and I am definately not waiting for someone to make something happen.

I like art--making it, teaching it, looking at it, talking about it. I like people. I like breathing, eating, singing, dancing, making music, playing--all of that in a conscious living as art kind of way. It makes me happy when I do all those things in a present, in-my-body, right-there, fashion. I adore my friends. They are holy to me. I enjoy being a human animal and I enjoy other animals. I love watching plants grow. They are holy to me too.
