- Thiago Martins
Thiago Martins is a Brazilian soccer player who currently plays striker for Bodø/Glimt of Adeccoligaen (2nd division) in Norway. Martins was born in São Paulo, Brazil, and came to the United States in 1999, ending up in Santa Barbara, California. However, he soon ran out of money and was forced to sleep on the beach. Fortuitously, he came upon a group of people playing soccer in a park and asked to join them. One of them took Martins into his home.

Duncan "Melvin" Tarley is a Liberian football (soccer) player who currently plays as a forward for the Puerto Rico Islanders of the USL First Division. Lagos played college soccer for the NCAA Division-I Milwaukee Panthers from 1990 to 1992, and was named an NCAA First-Team All-American in 1991. After college, Manny played for his father Buzz for the Minnesota Thunder from 1990 to 1996, as an amateur while still in college, and then as a professional.

- Johnny Torres
Johnny Torres is a Colombian-American soccer midfielder. Torres has played in Major League Soccer, Major Indoor Soccer League and the USL-1. He has also earned caps with the U.S. Futsal team. Torres was born in Medellín, Colombia, where his father and several uncles played semi-professional soccer. In 1981, when Torres was five years old, his family moved to Houston, Texas where Torres played for the local club team Houston Texans.

The 5-11, 170 pound defender spent four seasons with the Sioux Falls Spitfire of the PDL (Premier Development League). He played his collegiate soccer at Salem International University in West Virginia where he was a three-year captain and was selected to the All-Conference and All-Region teams.

Sasha was born into a soccer family. His father, Sergei Gotsmanov was a member of the Soviet Union national football team that were runners-up for the 1988 European Football Championship.
