    Mel Columcille Gerard Gibson (born January 3 1956) is an American-born actor, director, and producer raised primarily in Australia. After establishing himself as a household name with the "Mad Max" and "Lethal Weapon" series, Gibson went on to direct and star in the Academy Award-winning "Braveheart".     Samuel Worthington (born 2 August 1976) is an actor from Perth, Australia. He won a scholarship to the John Curtin School of Performing Arts in Fremantle, WA.
