  1. John Tavares

    John Tavares (born September 4, 1968 in Toronto, Ontario) is a professional box lacrosse player in the National Lacrosse League and mathematics teacher at Philip Pocock Catholic Secondary School in Mississauga Ontario, Canada. Tavares has played his entire career with the Buffalo Bandits since their inaugural season in 1992. He was acquired from the Detroit Turbos in exchange for Brian Nikula in October 1991.

    Gary C. Gait (b. April 5, 1967 in Victoria, British Columbia) is a retired professional lacrosse player, and currently head coach of the Colorado Mammoth. He is a member of the United States Lacrosse National Hall of Fame and the National Lacrosse League Hall of Fame, and is widely regarded as one of the best lacrosse players of all time.

  3. Dallas Eliuk

    Dallas Eliuk (b. November 4, 1964 in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a goaltender for the Portland LumberJax in the National Lacrosse League. He was traded from the Philadelphia Wings prior to the 2006 season after playing 15 seasons in Philadelphia. Because of his success in Philadelphia and his longevity, he is considered a legend in indoor lacrosse, one of the best goalies ever to play the game.

  5. Paul Gait

    Paul Gait (b. April 5, 1967 in Victoria, British Columbia) is a former lacrosse player. Paul and his twin brother Gary have both played for the in the National Lacrosse League, theWestern Lacrosse Association, and Major League Lacrosse. The twins were named Co-MVPs of the Mann Cup in 1999, when they played for the Victoria Shamrocks. They both attended Syracuse University and played on the varsity lacrosse team, setting many records during their time there.

  7. Ryan Boyle

    Ryan Boyle (b. November 22, 1981 in Hunt Valley, Maryland) is a lacrosse player for the New York Titans in the National Lacrosse League, and for the Philadelphia Barrage of Major League Lacrosse. In 2005, Boyle was named NLL Rookie of the Year. Boyle attended high school at the prestigious Gilman School in Baltimore, graduating in 2000. He attended college at Princeton University, graduating in 2004, where he was a four time All-American.

    John Christopher Grant, Jr. (b. November 7, 1974 in Peterborough, Ontario) is a professional lacrosse player for the Rochester Knighthawks in the National Lacrosse League and the Rochester Rattlers in Major League Lacrosse. In 2006, Grant along with Gary Gait spearheaded the Canadian national lacrosse team to an historic victory in the ILF World Lacrosse Championships, with Grant leading the tournament in points and assists, and earning All-World selection.

  9. Pat O'Toole

    Pat "Tool Time" O'Toole (b. December 24, 1971 in Toronto, Ontario) is a goaltender for the Rochester Knighthawks in the National Lacrosse League. O'Toole was named NLL Goaltender of the Year in 2003.

  10. Bob Watson

    Bob "Whipper" Watson (b. April 6, 1970 in Guelph, Ontario) is a goaltender for the Toronto Rock in the National Lacrosse League. Watson has won five NLL Championships with the Rock, and was named Championship Game MVP in 2003. Watson was named NLL Goaltender of the Year in 2001.

  11. Casey Powell

    Casey Powell is a lacrosse player in the United States. He was the captain of the US national team in the 2006 World Lacrosse Championship. He currently plays indoor lacrosse in the National Lacrosse League for the New York Titans. Powell plays the attack position. In 1998, he graduated from Syracuse University, where he was a 3 time All American. His two brothers Ryan and Mikey are also well known lacrosse players.

    Josh "Shooter" Sanderson (b. April 23, 1977 in Orangeville, Ontario) is a lacrosse player for the Toronto Rock in the National Lacrosse League. Sanderson is one of a number of Sandersons in the NLL, including his cousin Phil. Sanderson began his NLL career with the Rochester Knighthawks. After two seasons in Rochester, Sanderson was left unprotected in the expansion draft, and was chosen by his father, Albany Attack GM Terry Sanderson.

  13. Mark Millon

    Mark Millon (b. May 17, 1971) is a lacrosse player in the US. He is an attackman currently under contract to the Washington Bayhawks of Major League Lacrosse, but decided, after only playing in one game, not to play the remander of the 2007 season. Millon was a college player at the University of Massachusetts, where he gained honors as a 3 time All American.

    Jake Bergey (b. May 4, 1974 in Covington, Kentucky) is a lacrosse player for the Philadelphia Wings in the National Lacrosse League. Bergey is the son of former NFL star Bill Bergey, and brother of fellow lacrosse player Josh Bergey.   17. Tom Marechek

    Tom "Hollywood" Marechek (born August 25, 1968 in Victoria, British Columbia) is a professional lacrosse player, Tom currently plays attack for the Washington Bayhawks of the MLL, whom he's played with since 2001. He also played indoor lacrosse in the National Lacrosse League, where he played 12 seasons with the Philadelphia Wings. He retired from the NLL after the 2005 season. His number 42 was retired by the Wings and now hangs from the rafters at the Wachovia Center.

  18. Gavin Prout

    Gavin Prout (b. March 13, 1978 in Whitby, Ontario) is a lacrosse player for the Colorado Mammoth in the National Lacrosse League. Prout has been the captain of the Mammoth since 2005, and was named the Championship game MVP when the Mammoth won the NLL championship in 2006. Prout has played in four NLL All-Star Games, in 2002, 2004, 2005, and 2006.

    Brodie Merrill (born November 5, 1981 in Orangeville, Ontario) is a professional lacrosse player. He currently plays in both National Lacrosse League and Major League Lacrosse. He played college lacrosse at Georgetown University where he was a two time All American in 2004 and 2005. In 2006 he helped the Canadian national lacrosse team to an historic win at the World Lacrosse Championship in London, Ontario.

    Shawn Evans (b. April 28, 1986 in Peterborough, Ontario) is a lacrosse player for the Rochester Knighthawks in the National Lacrosse League. Evans' brother Scott also plays for the Knighthawks. Evans won a Mann Cup with the Peterborough Lakers in 2004.

    Steve Toll (b. June 16, 1974 in St. Catharines, Ontario) is a lacrosse player for the Rochester Knighthawks of the National Lacrosse League. Before being a member of the Knighthawks, Toll won four NLL Championships with the Toronto Rock. Toll played ice hockey and lacrosse for Rochester Institute of Technology; he was named the NCAA Division III Men's Ice Hockey Player of the Year in 1997.

  22. Rob Blasdell

    Rob "Blazer" Blasdell (b. May 15, 1970 in Orillia, Ontario) is a goaltender for the Arizona Sting in the National Lacrosse League. Blasdell was named NLL Goaltender of the Year in 2002 when he led the Albany Attack to the NLL finals. He served as a backup for Anthony Cosmo during 2005-2007 in San Jose before being dealt to the Arizona Sting, where he earned the starting role and returned to the championship game in 2007.

  23. Kaleb Toth

    Kaleb Toth (born August 8, 1977 in Calgary, Alberta) is a lacrosse player for the Calgary Roughnecks in the National Lacrosse League (NLL). Toth was the second overall draft pick in the 1999 NLL draft by the Toronto Rock and played with them for two seasons. A game winning goal by Toth in the last second of play won the Rock their first Champion's Cup with a win over the Rochester Knighthawks in 2000.

  24. Roy Colsey

    Roy Colsey (b. July 29, 1973 in Yorktown Heights, New York) is a professional lacrosse player for the New York Titans in the National Lacrosse League. He also plays for the Philadelphia Barrage in the Major League Lacrosse (MLL). He has played for the Barrage his entire MLL career, and holds several franchise records, including goals, points and two-pointers. In 2004, Roy led the Barrage to the MLL championship. He plays midfielder.

  25. Steve Dietrich

    Steve "Chugger" Dietrich (b. February 18, 1970 in Kitchener, Ontario) is a goaltender for the Buffalo Bandits in the National Lacrosse League. He was acquired in a trade with the Rochester Knighthawks in 2001, and has also played with the Detroit Turbos and the Baltimore Thunder. Dietrich has led the Bandits to the NLL Championship game twice, in 2003 and 2006, and also won the Championship with the Knighthawks in 1997, when he was named Championship game MVP.

  27. Geoff Snider

    Geoff Snider (born 2 April 1981) is a professional lacrosse player. Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Snider won the Championship MVP award at the 2006 World Lacrosse Championship, where he dominated face-offs helping the Canadian National Men's Lacrosse team win their first World Championship win since 1978. A third-team All-American for the University of Denver in 2006, Snider was drafted by the Denver Outlaws MLL team.

  28. Glenn Clark

    Glenn Clark (born on December 1, 1969, in Pickering, Ontario) is the head coach of the Toronto Rock of the National Lacrosse League. Glenn was a player in the NLL from 1998-2006, playing for the Rock until the 2006 season, when he signed as a free agent by the Philadelphia Wings. With the Rock, Clark won five NLL Championships. He also appeared in two National Lacrosse League All-Star Games, one with the Rock, and one with the Wings.

    Sean Greenhalgh (b. July 15, 1982 in St. Catharines, Ontario) is a lacrosse player for the Philadelphia Wings in the National Lacrosse League. Greenhalgh played for Cornell University, where he was named 2005 Ivy League Player of the Year, before being drafted in the first round by the Philadelphia Wings.

    Scott Evans (b. July 27, 1981 in Peterborough, Ontario) is a lacrosse player for the Rochester Knighthawks in the National Lacrosse League. Evans also plays for the Peterborough Lakers of Major Series Lacrosse (MSL) in the summer, and won the Mann Cup with the Lakers in both 2004 and 2006. In 2003, Evans was drafted by the Rochester Knighthawks in the first round, fifth overall.

He became captain of the Roughnecks in the 2003-2004 season and led them to the NLL championship.     Anthony Cosmo (born October 6, 1977 in Mississauga, Ontario) is a professional lacrosse goaltender for the San Jose Stealth of the National Lacrosse League, he also plays for the Brampton Excelsiors (MSL) Major Series Lacrosse Senior A Men's league. Cosmo began his lacrosse career with the Junior A Mississauga Tomahawks of the Ontario Lacrosse Association. He then went on to play for the Burnaby Lakers of the BC Junior A Lacrosse League.

    Brian Langtry (b. May 16, 1976 in Massapequa, NY) is a lacrosse player for both the Colorado Mammoth of the National Lacrosse League and the Denver Outlaws of Major League Lacrosse. Langtry won the NLL Rookie of the Year Award in 2003, and won the Champion's Cup with the Mammoth in 2006.
