Phil brings 35 years of venture capital investing experience to Opus Capital, having been a founding partner of Weiss, Peck & Greer in 1971, and having provided continuity of leadership of the firm since that time. Phil was an early investor and has been a director of Federal Express Corporation since 1974 where he currently serves as Chairman of the company's Compensation Committee.
