Sam L. Jones III (born April 29, 1983 in Boston, Massachusetts) is an American actor, and the son of basketball player Sam Jones. He is most known for playing Pete Ross on the television series "Smallville" for the first three seasons, but left to film "Glory Road". Jones has also appeared on the television shows "The Practice", "ER", "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation", and "7th Heaven".
