    Sandra "Pepa" Denton (born 9 November 1969 in Kingston, Jamaica) is an American R&B / hip-hop singer, and a member of the female rap trio known as Salt-N-Pepa. Her family moved to Queens, New York when she was a child. In 1985, while studying nursing at Queensborough Community College, she met Cheryl "Salt" James. They began rapping together under the name 'Salt-N-Pepa'. The duo made their debut that year with an album called "Hot, Cool, & Vicious".

    Cheryl "Salt" James (born April 8, 1964 in Brooklyn, New York) is an American R&B / hip-hop singer, and a member of the female rap trio Salt-N-Pepa. She formed the group with Sandy Denton and Latoya Hanson (later replaced by Dee Dee Roper) in 1985. They released several albums under this name, including "Hot, Cool and Vicious", "A Salt with a Deadly Pepa", "Blacks' Magic", "Very Necessary" and "Brand New".

    Treach is the stage name of Anthony Criss (born December 2, 1970), an American rapper and actor. He is best known as the lead rapper of the hip hop group Naughty by Nature. His chiseled physique has helped him land roles in crime films, television crime dramas and as a leading man in romance films. Criss was born in East Orange, New Jersey. He was married to Sandy Denton (Pepa of the rap group Salt-n-Pepa), but they divorced in 2001.
