1. T. J. Beam

    Theodore Lester (T.J.) Beam (born August 28, 1980 in Scottsdale, Arizona) is a relief pitcher for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees. Beam made his major league debut on June 17, 2006 against the Washington Nationals at RFK Stadium in the bottom of the sixth inning. Beam pitched 1 and 1/3 of an inning giving up one homerun, 3 hits, and receiving one earned run. Beam's first career at bat resulted in a check swing strikeout by former Yankee relief pitcher Mike Stanton.

  2. Dave Eiland

    David William Eiland (born July 5, 1966, in Dade City, Florida) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball. He is currently the Pitching Coach of the New York Yankees' Triple-A affiliate, the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees. Eiland is the only player in Major League Baseball history to give up a home run to the first batter he ever faced and hit a home run in his very first at-bat.

  4. Dave Miley

    David Allen Miley (born April 13, 1962) is a former baseball player and manager. Miley managed the Cincinnati Reds from 2003-2005. In his 3 seasons as manager, the Reds compiled a 125-164 record. He was fired half way through the 2005 season and replaced by Jerry Narron. Before being named manager, he was a manager in the Red's minor league organization. He is currently the manager of the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees.

  5. Chris Basak

    Christopher Joseph Basak (born December 6, 1978, in North Platte, Nebraska) is an infielder for the New York Yankees. He attended Minooka High School in Minooka, Illinois, then went to college at the University of Illinois, where he played shortstop. He was drafted in the 6th round (185th overall) of the 2000 draft by the New York Mets. Through 2006, in his minor league career he had hit .265 with 161 stolen bases in 814 games, primarily at shortstop.

    Jamal Najar Strong (b. August 5, 1978 in Pasadena, California) is an outfielder for the New York Yankees. On April 26, 2005, Strong became the fourth baseball player to be suspended for testing positive for illegal performance-enhancing drugs under Major League Baseball's new drug policy.   9. Butch Wynegar

    Harold Delano Wynegar Jr. (born March 14, 1956 in York, Pennsylvania) is a former Major League Baseball player from 1976 to 1988 for the Minnesota Twins, New York Yankees, and California Angels. Wynegar was a catcher with good offensive numbers for the era in which he played. He is currently the hitting coach for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees.
