Charlene Vivian Stringer (born March 16, 1948) is currently the head coach of the Rutgers University women's basketball team. She is a graduate of Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and a member of the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame. She is a native of Edenborn, Pennsylvania, and a member of the Alumni Hall of Fame at her alma mater. Stringer and the late William D. Stringer have three children: David, Janine and Justin.

Joseph Mullen (born February 26, 1957 in New York, NY) is a retired American professional ice hockey player who played 17 seasons in the National Hockey League with the St. Louis Blues, Calgary Flames, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Boston Bruins, earning himself a spot in the Hockey Hall of Fame. He won 3 Stanley Cups in 1989 with Calgary, and in 1991 and 1992 with Pittsburgh. He currently serves as an assistant coach with the Philadelphia Phantoms of the American Hockey League.

Janet Anderson (born March 10 1956) is an American golfer. Anderson was born in West Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA. She attended Slippery Rock Teacher's College. Her rookie year on the LPGA Tour was 1978. She achieved her only LPGA Tour victory in 1982 at one of the LPGA majors, the U.S. Women's Open. She also had her highest finish on the money list that year, placing thirteenth. Her last season on the tour was 1997.
