  1. Chris Phoenix

    Chris Phoenix (born January 25 1970) is the co-founder (with Mike Treder) and Director of Research of the Center for Responsible Nanotechnology (CRN), and has worked in the field of advanced nanotechnology for over 15 years. He obtained his BS in Symbolic Systems and MS in Computer Science from Stanford University in 1991. Since 2000, he has studied and written about molecular manufacturing.

    Alice Wu is an American film director and screenwriter. Alice Wu was born and raised in San Jose, California, where she graduated from Los Altos High School. In 1990, she received her B.A. in Computer Science from Stanford University. Two years later, she completed her Master's degree in Computer Science at Stanford. Before being a filmmaker, Wu worked as a software engineer for Microsoft in Seattle. She then left the corporate world to pursue a filmmaking career full time.

  4. Eric Traut

    Eric Traut is an American software engineer and software emulation pioneer. Traut graduated from Stanford University in 1992. He created a new version of the Mac 68k emulator, to be used in Apple Computer's PCI PowerMac systems, a project in which he patented a form of dynamic recompilation. Traut went on to join Connectix, where he developed successful commercial emulators such as Virtual PC and Virtual Game Station.

  5. Jen Fitzpatrick

    Jen Fitzpatrick is an Engineering Director at Google. Fitzpatrick has a Bachelor of Science degree in symbolic systems and Master of Science degree in computer science, both from Stanford University. She was hired by Google as a software engineer in June 1999. She was the founding member of the Google user interfaces team. As a manager she has been an Engineering Director in several roles: director of Google AdWords and of Google's internal systems engineering group.

    Graham McDermott Engineer A San Francisco Bay Area native, Graham has been working as a software engineer in the games industry since 2000. He has contributed to the LucasArts titles Gladius, RTX Red Rock, Star Wars Bounty Hunter, Jedi Starfighter and Escape from Monkey Island as well as Chessmaster 5500 from Mindscape. Much of Graham's work at LucasArts focused on adapting new technologies to refine and evolve content creation processes.
