  1. Kyle Martino

    Kyle Hunter Martino (born February 19, 1981 in Atlanta, Georgia) is an American soccer player, who currently plays attacking midfielder for the Los Angeles Galaxy of Major League Soccer. Martino played college soccer at the University of Virginia from 1999 to 2001, registering 17 goals and 21 assists in his three years. In his junior season, Martino was named ACC Player of the Year; in both his sophomore and junior seasons, he was one of 15 finalists for the Hermann Trophy.

    Wilbur Lucius Cross, Ph. D. (April 10 1862 - October 5 1948) was an American educator and political figure. Born in 1862 in Mansfield, Connecticut, he was a well-known literary critic and the Democratic Governor of Connecticut from 1931 to 1939. Cross was Professor of English at Yale University and was also Dean of the Yale Graduate School. He was also principal of Staples High School in Westport, Connecticut for a short time around 1885.

He does the play-by-play announcing for the Minnesota Twins and Minnesota Gophers men's basketball and other Minnesota sports. He partners up with Bert Blyleven for the Twins games. Bremer is a graduate of Staples High School in Staples, Minnesota. His father was a Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod pastor.

Griffin, entered into eternal rest after a long illness on Friday, January 14, 2000, at Bridgeport Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Griffin was born in Bridgeport, October 14, 1931, to the late Ralph and Ethel (Judson) O'Brien. She graduated from Stratford High School in 1949, and was a homemaker and Stratford resident her entire life.

    Mrs. Kennedy was born in Rockaway to the late George and Veronica Shannon Henry and resided there for 23 years before moving to Simsbury, Connecticut where she lived from 1954 to 1974. She then moved to Westport, Connecticut where she resided for the past 25 years. Ronnie graduated from Stella Maris in 1949 where she was a starting player on the basketball team. She also played semi-pro ball for the Belle Harbor Triangles.

    Irina Simeonova, Gibbs College Fashion and Marketing director, was so excited when presented with the Trashin' Fashion' idea that she reworked the fall semester fashion curriculum. Gibbs students were responsible for overseeing 6 teams of middle and high school students. The younger teams were responsible for collecting trash with design potential and their Gibbs fashion mentors helped them integrate the trash into coherent ensembles.

She plans to swim for the Diplomats, who were the 2004 Centennial Conference Champions.

    Molly Fenn : Molly decided early on the college of her choice and signed a National Letter of Intent with North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina where she will be swimming with the Wolfpacks on an athletic scholarship. Molly had been swimming with the Water Rats since the age of five following closely behind her sisters Meghan and Emily Clare.

    Molly Hennessy is a senior at Staples High School . She has been a member of Varsity Swimming at Staples for three years. She also swims year-round at the New Canaan YMCA with whom she participated in several National Swimming Championships. Molly is the treasurer of the Heart and Soul club at Staples High School . She is an active member of The Christ and Holy Trinity youth group.
