He is also a former player and coach for the UP Fighting Maroons in the UAAP, before coaching in the pro league in 2002. He is also a color commentator for Studio 23 on its UAAP broadcast

KC Montero (born Casey Wyatt Miller) was MTV Philippines' longest serving VJ, having started his career as an MTV VJ in 1999 after winning the MTV VJ Hunt along with Belinda Panelo.
