Jay Steven Adelson (born September 7,1970) is best known as the founder and chief technology officer of Equinix, Inc., which he founded in 1998. He is currently the CEO of Digg and chairman of Revision3 Corporation. Prior to Equinix, he was one of the founders of the PAIX in 1996, before its purchase by Switch and Data in 2003. In 1993, he ran network operations at Netcom (USA), before leaving for Digital Equipment Corporation to become Operations Manager of the PAIX.

Rick Ganong , Partner, Tudor Partners Rick Ganong is a Partner with Tudor Ventures. Rick joined Tudor in 1993 as an equity analyst for the Raptor Funds. He joined Tudor Ventures at its founding in 1996 and specializes in communications, information technology, and media investments. Rick has led Tudor's investments in Avici Systems, Digital Island, Transmeta, Switch and Data, Advanced Fibre Communication, and Crossbeam Systems.

Jon Danielson - Principal Jon joined Tudor Ventures in August 2001. Before joining Tudor, Jon spent four years at Hambrecht & Quist, now JP Morgan, a technology-focused investment bank. At JP Morgan, Jon executed public and private equity transactions for a broad range of Internet, software, and communications companies. Prior to JP Morgan, Jon worked in business development at a high technology start-up and was a management consultant with Bain & Company.

Mr. Lew is responsible for strategic IP product and program initiatives at Neustar. He has more than 25 years of experience in management and engineering of telecommunications, cable, Internet, and multimedia technologies. Most recently, Mr. Lew served as vice president of engineering for PAIX/Switch and Data, where he was responsible for the architecture, technology, and strategic direction.

Jackie Kolek Jackie Kolek is a Senior Director and a member of Peppercom’s management committee. In this role, Jackie provides overall strategic direction and account management for several of the firm’s key clients. Her expertise includes positioning/respositioning, strategic media relations, crisis communications, crisis preparedness training, executive positioning/thought leadership and media training.

Clayton Mynard , Vice President & General Counsel Clayton manages the legal function for Switch and Data and is the Corporate Secretary. Clayton joined Switch and Data in 2003 and has over 16 years of legal experience with 11 years in a corporate legal environment managing all aspects of a full service legal department including compliance, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and supervising litigation.

Ali Marashi , Chief Information Officer Ali Marashi joined Switch and Data in 2005 to direct the IT and engineering organizations. Prior to joining Switch and Data, Ali served as Internap's Chief Technology Officer, helping define the corporate vision and lead the technology engineering and product strategy for the company.

George Pollock joined Switch and Data in 1999 and is responsible for all finance functions at Switch and Data including billing, accounting and business planning. George brings to Switch and Data more than 16 years of finance experience.

Bill Roach , Senior Vice President of Sales Bill Roach joined Switch and Data in 2003 with more than 27 years of IT, Internet, and communications experience to Switch and Data. He is responsible for the sales channels and sales support function. Prior to joining the company, Bill served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of SonicWall, Inc., a leading provider of integrated Internet security appliances.

Todd Underwood , Renesys Todd Underwood is in charge of operations, security, and peering for Renesys, a provider of Internet Intelligence services. Before that he was CTO of Oso Grande, a small New Mexico ISP. He has a background in systems engineering and security and networking for clustered supercomputers. Todd has presented work related to Internet routing dynamics and relationships at NANOG and various peering forums (LINX, Switch and Data, NAP of the Americas).

His background in the telecommunications and networking industry spans 10 years with a majority of that focused on peering, for such companies as DIGEX, Intermedia and Cogent Communications. In 2002 he joined PAIX.Net, Inc. which was purchased from MFN in 2003 by Switch and Data.
