    Russell Ellwanger Chief Executive Officer Russell Ellwanger joined Tower as chief executive officer in May 2005 bringing more than twenty-five years of experience leading international semiconductor and technology companies. His management responsibilities have included development, commercialization and managing enterprises through semiconductor industry cycles.

  2. Carmel Vernia

    Carmel Vernia Carmel Vernia served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Tower Semiconductor Ltd., a silicon foundry based in Israel, from 2003 until 2005. Previously, Vernia served as Chief Scientist in the Government of Israel's Ministry of Industry and Trade. In this position, Vernia was responsible for Israel's R&D policy and grants for industrial R&D worth approximately $450 million annually.

  3. Rafi Nave

    Rafi Nave Chief Technology Officer Rafi Nave was appointed Chief Technology Officer in August 2005.From 2003-2005 he served as director of Customer Services. From 1996 to 2003, Mr. Nave served as Vice President of Research and Development for NDS group. From 1974 to 1995, Mr. Nave was employed by Intel Corporation in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility, among them chip design engineer and General Manager of Intel’s design center in Israel.

  4. Shimon Dahan

    Shimon Dahan Shimon Dahan was appointed Vice President and Corp. Manufacturing service manager in Jan 2006, having served as Test & MTG manager and prior to that as R&D Operation Manager . Previously, Mr. Dahan was employed by National Semiconductor in various capacities. Mr. Dahan holds a bachelors degree in Political Science from Haifa University, and an MBA from the University of Derby.

  5. Doron Simon

    Doron Simon Doron Simon is a member of Silicom Ventures advisory board. Mr. Simon has held various positions for Tower Semiconductor Ltd. since the foundry’s beginnings in 1993. His positions included Director of Customer Service, Director of Planning and Turn Key Operations and Director of World Wide Sales Operations.

  6. Shirazi Oren

    Shirazi Oren CFO, Vice President of Finance Oren Shirazi joined Tower in October 1998 and assumed the office of Chief Financial Officer in November 2004. Since July 2000 Mr. Shirazi had served as Tower’s controller, after serving as vice controller since October 1998. Prior to joining Tower, Mr. Shirazi was employed as an Audit Manager in the accounting firm of Ratzkovski-Fried & Co., which has merged into Ernst & Young (Israel), commencing August 1995.

  7. Ephie Koltin

    Ephie Koltin Vice President and Fab 1 Manager Ephie Koltin was appointed Vice President and Fab 1 Manager in April 2007, having served previously as Vice President of Business Development since August 2005, as Vice President, General Foundry and Mixed Signal Technology since 2003 and as Senior Director, FAB2 Process Engineering since 2000. From 1996-1999, Mr. Koltin served in several senior positions as Director, NVM Technology, CIS technology and ERS manager, Fab 1.

    Ephie Koltin Vice President and Fab 1 Manager Ephie Koltin was appointed Vice President and Fab 1 Manager in April 2007, having served previously as Vice President of Business Development since August 2005, as Vice President, General Foundry and Mixed Signal Technology since 2003 and as Senior Director, FAB2 Process Engineering since 2000. From 1996-1999, Mr. Koltin served in several senior positions as Director, NVM Technology, CIS technology and ERS manager, Fab 1.

  9. Ronnie Stern

    Ronnie Stern specializes in electrical engineering patent matters. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yeshiva University (2000) and a Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Electrical Engineering from Columbia University (2000). Ronnie received a specialization diploma in VLSI technology from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (2002).

  10. Nati Somekh Gilboa

    Nati Somekh Gilboa Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary Nati Somekh Gilboa was appointed as Corporate Secretary and General Counsel in March 2005, and served as our Associate General Counsel since May 2004. From 2001-2004 Ms. Somekh Gilboa was employed by Goldsobel & Kirshen, Adv. Ms. Somekh Gilboa holds an LL.M and J.D. from Boston University and a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University. She is a member of the Israeli Bar Association and the New York Bar.

  11. Itzhak Edrei

    Itzhak Edrei Senior Vice President of Product Lines and Vice President of Sales Dr. Itzhak Edrei was appointed Vice President of Product Lines and Sales in August 2005. Prior to that Dr. Edrei served as Vice President of Research and Development from August 2001, having served as Director of Research and Development since 1996. From 1994 to 1996, Dr. Edrei served as Tower�s Device and Yield Department Manager.

    Rafi Mor Vice President of Business Development Rafi Mor was appointed Vice President of Business Development since April 2007, having served previously as Vice President and Fab 2 Manager since August 2005, as Fab 1 Manager since August 2003 and Senior Director and Fab 1 Manager since March 2003. From November 2000 to March 2003, Mr. Mor served as Senior Director of Process Device & Yield of Fab 1.

  13. Dudu Vidan

    Dudu Vidan Vice President and Fab 2 Manager Dudu Vidan was appointed Vice President and Fab 2 Manager in April 2007, having served previously as Vice President and Fab 1 Manager since August 2005, as Fab2 production manager since March 2003 and as Fab2 tool installation manager since March 2001. Previously, Mr. Vidan was employed by MDF, serving as plant manager, and Carcom Aviation Products serving as production manager.

    Dalit Dahan Vice President, Human Resources Dalit Dahan was appointed Director of Human Resources in April 2004, having served as Personnel Manager and Compensation & Benefits Manager from 1993 to 2004. Previously, Ms. Dahan was employed by ORS, a manpower company as the manager of the company�s northern branch. Ms. Dahan holds a bachelor degree in Social Science from the Haifa university, and an MBA from the university of Derby.

    Dr. Felix Zandman , a physicist, inventor, and entrepreneur, founded Vishay Intertechnology in 1962. He has published three textbooks and numerous scientific papers, and holds 39 patents in the U.S. and abroad. His autobiography, entitled Never the Last Journey, recounts his story from Holocaust victim to head of an industry-leading, high-tech, multinational corporation. It recently was translated and published in France, Germany, and Israel.

    Boaz Edan serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Edan joined the Company in May 1999 as Vice President, Operations. In January 2000 was appointed as Senior Vice President, Product Division Manager, and from October 2002 as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Edan previously served as Material Director and Sales Director of Tower Semiconductor Ltd., a foundry manufacturer of semiconductor integrated circuits, from 1991 to 1999.
