William Goh General Manager, Singapore William Goh represents AGS clients in South East Asia from Singapore. Mr. Goh is responsible for establishing and maintaining contacts throughout the region, assisting with the promotion and management of events, and cultivating new members for AGS clients active in the region. Mr. Rayland Chan Rayland is currently performing a consultant role in the call centre of Guangdong Development Bank in Guangzhou. He is appointed to review and improve its centre operations, quality processes, customer satisfaction, resources management, recruitment and training. Alfred Jagada Kufusa Mari Senior Field Officer Alfred was born on 6 September 1977 in Buhera District, Zimbabwe. He holds a Diploma in Agriculture from Chibero College of Agriculture (an associate college of the University of Zimbabwe). He also holds the Diploma in Training Management from the Institute of Personnel Management-Zimbabwe (IPMZ). Alfred taught Agriculture up to “O” Level between 2002 and 2003.

Patricia Nunis Patricia Nunis graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 1979 with a Bachelor’s in Social Science. In 2002, Patricia graduated from Universiti Malaya with an MBA specializing in HRM and Organizational Development. She also has a Certificate in Training Management and a Diploma in HRM.

Barbara has extensive experience in the field of equality, diversity and Positive Action Initiatives. She was awarded the Birmingham City Council’s’ Delivering Diversity Honorary Award, for her commitment to Positive Action and Equality, in the field of training and development. Brian is our Technical Manager responsible for diagnostics, technical advice and training.
