- Mark Smyth
Mark Smyth, (born 9 January 1985 in Liverpool) is an English football midfield player who started his career playing for Liverpool. Smyth made one appearance for Liverpool, coming on as a substitute in a Carling Cup quarter final win at Tottenham in December 2004. He was released from the Anfield club at the end of the 2004/2005 season. He was signed by Accrington Stanley, but soon moved to Vauxhall Motors, where he currently plays.

- Phil Brazier
Phil Brazier (born Liverpool, September 3 1977) is a footballer who captained Liverpool's FA Youth Cup winning side of 1996. However, the young defender could not break into Liverpool's first team, and was released in 1998, joining non-league side Vauxhall Motors. He signed for Conference side Northwich Victoria in 2003, but returned to Vauxhall Motors a year later, later joining Marine in 2006.

Gregg Steven Blundell is an English footballer who currently plays as a striker for Darlington. Gregg was signed by Chester City from Doncaster Rovers for a Club Record Fee in 2005 (reputedly £105,000). Gregg started as a trainee at Tranmere Rovers but was released and began a prolific scoring record at Non League level with Vauxhall Motors and Northwich Victoria before returning to league football with Doncaster Rovers.

He was born and educated on the Wirral.

Matt Neal (born December 20, 1966 in Birmingham) is a British motor racing driver. He won the British Touring Car Championship in 2005 and 2006. He has also won an ETCC race. He is 6'6" tall, making him almost entirely unable to race single-seaters. He first entered the BTCC in the early 90s with his father's Team Dynamics squad. He won the Total Cup for drivers without manufacturer support in 1993, before joining Mazda for a season cut short by a huge crash at Silverstone.

- James Thompson
James Thompson (born April 26 1974) is a British auto racing driver from York. He has twice been champion of the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC). From 2005, he raced away from the BTCC for the first time in over a decade, joining Alfa Romeo, Seat then Alfa Romeo again in the World Touring Car Championship. He started racing in the BTCC in a privately-entered Peugeot in 1994, his performances earning him a factory Vauxhall drive for 1995.

Paul O'Neill is a Liverpudlian auto racing driver of Irish parentage, infamously the half-brother of 'Sporty Spice' Mel C. He was originally attracted to racing after seeing Nigel Mansell win the 1987 British Grand Prix, but did not pursue a career initially, studying for A-Levels but not completing them. After attending the Jim Russell racing school, he began racing in the MGF cup in 1999 and 2000, before entering the production class of the BTCC in 2001.

Bryan Nesbitt is an automobile designer. Currently working for General Motors, Nesbitt designed the Chevrolet HHR and has been criticized for the similarity of that vehicle to his previous Chrysler PT Cruiser design for Chrysler. Since February 2004, Nesbitt has been the Executive Director at GM Europe's design center. In this capacity, he heads the GM Europe design organization, responsible for all Opel, Saab and Vauxhall design activities.
