Robert L. Genillard, born in Lausanne in 1929, is a Swiss businessman. His activities spanned both the fields of finance and industry. After graduate studies in economics and finance, he started a financial career in New York. In 1954, he joined White Weld & Co., one of the oldest and leading American investment banking firms, acquired by Merrill Lynch in 1977. He became a general partner of White, Weld & Co.in 1958 and a member of its Management Committee in 1964.

William Brian Little (known as Brian Little) (1942-2000) was one of the founding partners of Forstmann Little & Company, a private equity firm. He graduated from Colgate University in 1964, and he later served as the chairman of the Board of Trustees. An art building at Colgate was named Little Hall after him in 2001. Phil Greer is a founding partner of Opus Capital. Phil brings 35 years of venture capital investing experience to Opus Capital, having been a founding partner of Weiss, Peck & Greer in 1971, and having provided continuity of leadership of the firm since that time.
