Mr. Evans has been associated with Greylock, a venture capital firm, since 1989, and has been a general partner of Greylock Partners since 1991. Prior to joining Greylock, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Micom Systems, Inc., a data communications equipment manufacturer, which he co-founded in 1976.

Ann Mather Director and member of Audit Committee and Related Party Transactions Committee Ann Mather has served as a Director of the Company since April 2004. Mather was formerly Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Pixar from September 1999 to April 2004. Prior to joining Pixar, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Village Roadshow Pictures.

Tim Walton Partner Tim is a graduate of Cambridge University, was called to the Bar in 1965 and practised at the specialist tax bar in the late 1960s. After a spell as a dairy farmer, Tim joined B P Collins in 1984, becoming a partner in 1988. He is involved in all types of corporate and commercial work for private and corporate clients, and has substantial experience of business acquisitions and disposals. Tim has a special interest in environmental law.

Amanda Bowman is president of the Coalition for a Secure Driver’s License, America’s leading advocacy group for driver’s license reform as an anti-terrorist measure. Amanda has worked in the national security policy arena since 2001, when she organized the international conference, “Preserving an Open Society in an Age of Terror,” on the issue of balancing public safety and civil liberties sponsored by the Center for Strategic International Studies and Scientific American magazine.

Peter Samuelson Peter Samuelson is proud to serve on the Advisory Board of Participant Productions, which he says is “the most exciting pro-social development in media in a hundred years”. In 1982, inspired by a little boy battling an inoperable brain tumor, Peter conceived of the Starlight Children’s Foundation—an international charity dedicated to granting wishes for seriously ill children.

Robert de Board A graduate of Cambridge University, Robert is an acknowledged expert in the field of group facilitation for senior executives. In 1973, he founded Henley Management College’s leading experiential group programme which he directed until 1999. As a member of the academic staff at Henley, he taught both management and leadership skills to a generation of international executives and today remains a member of the visiting academic staff.

Ted Mott – Chief Executive Ted co-founded Oxford Capital Partners in 1999 and pioneered new venture capital fund structures, opening up the asset class to wealthy families and individuals. He chairs the Investment Committee at Oxford Capital Partners and has built a reputation as a successful venture capital stock-picker in the technology sector, with a constant focus on value investing.

Mr Russell Chapman , Senior Investment Consultant, Russell Chapman joined Hymans Robertson in 2003, and is based in our London office. He has eight years investment consultancy experience. He advises a variety of pension fund clients on a wide range of matters relating to investment, including strategy, implementation, and fund manager selection and monitoring. Russell also has specific responsibility for currency manager research.

Jonathan Malin A graduate of Cambridge University, trained as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse & Co (now PWC) and is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers by examination. From 1994 to 2000 Jonathan worked for EDS in a variety of finance and treasury positions in Europe and Asia Pacific. From 2000 to 2003 he was VP Finance for Micromuse supporting significant growth through a key development phase for the company.

Richard Hepper – Finance Director Richard is the Finance Director at Oxford Capital Partners , and is responsible for all aspects of finance, compliance and administration. Prior to joining Oxford Capital Partners, Richard was Finance Director at Enterprise Ventures, a specialist early stage venture capital investor. He began his career with Deloitte where he qualified as a chartered accountant, and subsequently worked with technology consultants Arthur D Little across Europe.

Chris Cheetham Financial Director Chris was born in 1959. An engineering graduate of Cambridge University, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in 1990 and worked in the Corporate Finance department until 1996. He has extensive experience gained from working as Financial Director and Company Secretary within the software industry for the last 7 years. He was appointed Financial Director on 1st January 2007.

Ed Caffyn VP Director Account Planning Group Director, BBDO Toronto Ed Caffyn is a graduate of Cambridge University and has been working with youth for almost 17 years across five countries and three continents. In previous incarnations Caffyn has been a teacher, a waiter, a youth leader and a butcher’s assistant. Currently, he is the senior strategic planner on BBDO’s youth-focused brands, primarily Pepsi-Cola and Frito Lay Canada.

Nick Hornby was born in 1957 and is the author of Fever Pitch, High Fidelity, About A Boy, How To Be Good, 31 Songs and A Long Way Down He also edited the collection of short stories, Speaking With The Angel, and is the pop music critic for the New Yorker. In 1999, Hornby was awarded the E.M.Forster award by the American Academy of Arts and Letters. Hornby is a graduate of Cambridge University and was a teacher and reviewer before starting to write full time.

Stuart Kaufman Stuart Kaufman is a graduate of Cambridge University and is the sole owner of Associated Legals Ltd trading as Kaufman & Co. Stuart is a very experienced solicitor and advocate. He gained Higher Rights of Advocacy in 1999. In addition to criminal work, Stuart has previously worked on cases involving civil law and has a Diploma in Personal Injury Litigation and a Certificate in Civil Procedure.

Chairman of a UK listed Chinese company and advisor to a Chinese real estate fund that will be listing this year in the UK. Ambassador David Reddaway CMG David Reddaway was appointed British Ambassador to Ireland in 2006. He was born in Canada and is a graduate of Cambridge University, where he obtained his BA and MA in History. He has represented Britain in Tehran, Madrid, New Delhi, Argentina and Afghanistan. He has been a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University.

Daniel Goodman , M.D., M.B.A. Dr. Daniel Goodman , co-founder and former CEO of PsychoGenics, pursues professional interests in biotechnology, clinical psychiatry, and psychopharmacology. Dr. Goodman maintains an active psychiatric practice and is a member of the Psychiatry Department at Cornell University Medical College. He is a graduate of Cambridge University, Harvard Medical School, and Columbia Business School. He is also a co-founder of Resolvyx Pharmaceuticals.

Chris Whiteley Chris specialises in structured finance, particularly "OTC" derivative transactions. He advises in relation to traditional hedging and trading activities and complex strategic transactions, together with related credit support arrangements or other credit risk mitigants. He also has considerable experience in the application of formal and informal restructuring proceedings to derivative transactions in Asia and Europe.

Edward George Bulwer-Lytton (1803-73), a graduate of Cambridge University, and a Mason, who became a member of the British Parliament, wrote a novel in 1871 called Vril: The Power of the Coming Race , about a super-race of white Aryans that took control of the world.

Clare Boyden : B.Ed. : Key Stage 1 Coordinator and Primary Year 1 Teacher. Claire is a graduate of Cambridge University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Swimming Teachers and Coaches. Initially she taught at a Junior School in Essex but has most recently been a class teacher and PE coordinator for KS 1 and 2 at Ipswich High School. She enjoys travelling and is a great outdoors person engaging in windsurfing and scuba diving.

Rob is one of England’s most-capped Fly Half, making 70 appearances for England and scoring 396 points. He is currently the holder of the English record for the number of points scored in one game (30 points versus Canada) and the highest point scorer in English history.

Clare Wenner - Head of Transport Biofuels, Renewable Energy Association. A graduate of Cambridge University, Clare worked for 10 years in the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. She then spent 10 years with a well-known lobbying company in London, specialising in agriculture, food and international trade issues and setting up the company’s operations in Brussels.

Professor John Barsby , who is a graduate of Cambridge University , retired from the Chair of Classics in January 2002. He has taught widely in Greek and Latin language and literature; on the research side he has written articles on Catullus and Propertius as well as books on Ovid, Plautus, and Terence. He has recently completed a new Loeb edition of Terence and edited a collection of essays on Greek and Roman drama. He is currently working on a general book on Terence.

John Haigh John is Soma's administrator and provides the main point of contact in the office for enquiries and questions. John's previous management roles have given him a broad knowledge of business conditions in the U.K. and an ability to empathise with people under pressure.

Ian J. Webber was appointed our Chief Executive Officer in June 2007. From 1979 to 1996, Mr. Webber worked for Pricewaterhouse, the last five years of which he was a partner. From 1996 to 2006, Mr. Webber was the Chief Financial Officer and a director of CP Ships Limited, a subsidiary of Canadian Pacific Limited until 2001 and thereafter a public company listed on the New York and Toronto stock exchanges until its acquisition by TUI A.G. in 2005.

Based in Shanghai, China, he is also chairman of both the GM Daewoo Auto and Technology Company (GMDAT) and Shanghai GM (SGM). Mr. Reilly began his GM career in 1975 with the former Detroit Diesel Allison Division in the United Kingdom. From 1978 to 1984, he held various assignments with General Motors in Belgium, the United States, and Mexico.

Mr Sword has several years experience in mobile monetisation and services gained from time spent working with Vodafone Group where he led the implementation of their mobile search services, and Orange UK, where his responsibilities included the development of next generation payment services. Mr Sword is a board member of the EMEA Mobile Marketing Association. He is a graduate of Cambridge University.
