Tonya Maxine Harding (born November 12, 1970) is an American former figure skater. Despite a tough childhood in an unstable family, as well as being plagued by asthma (aggravated by smoking), she became an elite figure skater. She won the U.S. Figure Skating Championships twice and placed second in the 1991 World Championships. She was the second woman, and the first American woman, to complete a triple axel jump in competition.

Diane Neal (born November 17, 1975 in Alexandria, Virginia) is an American actress widely known for her role as Casey Novak on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit". Andrei Lipanov (Saint Petersburg, 12 april 1976) is a Russian ice skater. Lipanov was born in Saint Petersburg and began to skate when he was a young child. In 1982 he won bronze medals at international tournaments in Russia and Korea. In 1984 during the Winter Games he won the junior title in Russia. With his skating partner and wife Suzana Lipanova he won the National title pair skating four times. Solo he reached fourth place in 1992 at the European Championships.
