She was born on August 29, 1975, of Irish and English ancestry, in Ypsilanti, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit, adjacent to Ann Arbor. In 1993 She graduated from Ypsilanti High School and went on to attend Washtenaw Community College where she majored in Theatre, along with studying music and dance. Jodi began an on-again off-again modeling career at 17 but put it on hold some years later when she became a mom....
