I've been thinking a lot about how many times the thought of doing something is more exhausting than actually doing whatever that thing is. Why is that? Also, it seems to me that when we try to take short cuts to get to where we want to be, we often times end up having to back track and do everything over which makes the process even harder and longer than if we just did it right the first time.
