Mr. DiPiazza is currently serving a three-year term as a Financial Accounting Foundation Trustee and is also a member of the Frankfurt-based Mergers & Acquisitions Group (CEO Academy). He serves on the International Advisory Board of Junior Achievement, the Executive Council of the Inner City Scholarship Fund, the Board of Directors of the New York City Ballet and the Executive Committee of the National Corporate Theatre Fund.

Frederick Z. Lodge has had broad experience in sophisticated international and domestic commercial real estate transactions. He has represented domestic and foreign clients in all major aspects of real estate practice: acquisition, disposition, development, fund formation, construction financing, senior and mezzanine financings, leasing, operation and workouts. Mr. Lodge is a member of the American Bar Association and The Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Richard Parsons was appointed CEO of Time Warner in May 2002 and Chairman of the Board in May 2003. He previously served as the company’s Co-COO, overseeing its content businesses as well as the legal and people-development functions. Parsons joined Time Warner as its President in February 1995, and has been a member of the company’s board of directors since January 2001.

From 1965 to June 2003, Mr. Reiss worked at Ernst & Young LLP, where he served as Managing Partner of the New York office, Assurance and Advisory Practice, as well as the national director of retail and consumer products for the assurance and advisory practice.
