1. Steve Blechman

    Steve Blechman is a businessman and magazine publisher. He was formerly a competitive bodybuilder, and one time Executive Vice President of Twinlab. Blechman is currently the CEO, President, and sole owner, of Advanced Research Press, Inc. (ARP). ARP owns the bodybuilding magazine "Muscular Development", and the fitness magazines "Fitness Rx For Women", and "Fitness Rx For Men". Under Blechman's guidance Twinlab acquired ARP in the 1980s.

  2. Dave Palumbo

    Dave Palumbo (born David Christopher Palumbo February 17, 1968 in Manhattan NY, USA) is an American bodybuilder. He lived in Queens, NY until he was 4 years old at which time his family moved to East Meadow, NY. He grew up in the suburban town of East Meadow in Nassau County. He competed in his first Bodybuilding competition in 1990, it was an NPC natural competition in New york City. He placed 6th place weighing in at 168lbs.

  3. Craig Titus

    Craig Michael Titus (born January 14, 1965 in Wyandotte, Michigan) was an IFBB professional bodybuilder. Titus is of French (mother) and Greek (father) origin and lived most of his early life in Detroit, Michigan, in a city called Riverview. He has a younger brother, Kevin, and a younger sister, Nicole. Titus played high school football but quit because he was too small. He also wrestled at 132 lbs. After graduation Titus decided to put on some muscle by weight training.

  4. Dexter Jackson

    Dexter "The Blade" Jackson (b. November 26, 1969) is an IFBB professional bodybuilder. Dexter's first NPC (National Physique Committee) competition was the NPC Southern States Championship of 1992, where he took 3rd. His first Arnold Classic, Night of Champions, and Mr. Olympia were all in 1999. He placed 7th, 3rd, and 9th respectively. Dexter has been featured in many fitness and bodybuilding articles, including being pictured on the cover of Muscular Development magazine.

  5. Branch Warren

    Branch Warren (B. February 28, 1975 in Tyler, Texas) is an IFBB professional bodybuilder. Warren first competed in 1992 when he won the AAU Teenage Mr. America competition. His first NPC(National Physique Committee) event was the NPC Teenage Nationals, where he won again. His first IFBB event was in the 2004 Night of Champions competitions, where he placed 8th. His first Mr. Olympia was in 2005, where he placed 8th.

  6. Lou Ferrigno

    Louis Jude Ferrigno (born November 9, 1951) is an American bodybuilder and actor. Ferrigno has appeared in such television shows and movies as "The Incredible Hulk", "Pumping Iron" (with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Franco Columbu), "Sinbad of the Seven Seas", and, in the title role, "Hercules" in 1983. He is more recently known for playing a minor role in the sitcom King of Queens.

  7. John Grimek

    John Grimek (June 17, 1910 - November 20, 1998) was one of the earliest great bodybuilders, and the only man ever to win the AAU Mr. America title more than once (1940 and 1941). Grimek was born on June 17, 1910 in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. Besides his bodybuilding exploits, he represented the United States in weightlifting at the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin. In 1948, at 38 years of age, Grimek defeated Steve Reeves at the NABBA Mr. Universe contest in London.

  8. Chris Cormier

    Chris Cormier (born Broderick Cormier August 19, 1967 in Palm Springs, Florida) is an IFBB professional bodybuilder. Cormier's first Mr. Olympia came in 1994, where he placed 6th. The same year he also participated in his first Arnold Classic and the Ironman Pro Invitational, where he placed 4th and 2nd respectively. In 1995 he competed in his first Night of Champions tournament (now called The New York Pro), where he placed 6th.

  9. Paul Dillett

    Paul Dillett (born April 12, 1965 in Montreal, Quebec) is an IFBB professional bodybuilder. Paul Dillett first competed in bodybuilding when he took second place in the heavyweight division of the 1991 North American Championships. His first Mr. Olympia was in 1993, where he placed 6th. In 1993 he competed in his first Ironman Pro Invitational, where he took fourth place. Later the same year he competed in his first Arnold Classic, placing fourth.

  10. Christina Lindley

    Christina Lindley (born September 18, 1983, Atlanta, Georgia) is an American actress and fitness model. Her first big break early on when a photographer discovered her at a mall in Georgia. He entered her in the Seventeen Magazine/JCPenney Cover Model Contest at age 14. Lindley gained inital fame through a 25 page layout in "Muscular Development" magazine and would become a staple in popular fitness magazines over the next few years.

  11. Michael Colgan

    Michael Colgan, PhD, CCN, is a fitness nutritionist who gained recognition through his articles in the bodybuilding magazine "Muscular Development" and also through his books. From 1971 through 1982 Colgan was a senior member of the Science Faculty at the University of Auckland in New Zealand. In 1972 he started the Colgan Institute in Auckland, New Zealand.   12. Shelley Beattie

    Shelley Beattie (born August 24, 1968 in California, USA) is a former professional female bodybuilder and actress. Beattie gradually lost her hearing following an aspirin overdose at age three. She was raised in California until age 11, when she moved to Oregon. She was a standout heptathlete and cross country runner in high school. She attended Western Oregon State College in Monmouth, earning a degree in psychology and special education.

  13. Ahmad Haidar

    Ahmad Haidar (b. April 10, 1968 in Beirut, Lebanon) is an IFBB professional bodybuilder. Ahmad is nicknamed, "Abzilla", due to his developed abdominals. He first started competing in professional bodybuilding in 1997 by competing in the World Championships, where he placed 1st. His first IFBB competition was the Ironman Pro Invitationals of 1999, where he placed 9th. In 2000 he competed in his first Arnold Classic, placing 12th.

  14. Sarah Hutchinson

    Sarah Hutchinson from Hawaii, born 1973, is a model who worked with Playboy in the mid-to-late 1990s. She was successful pageant at Miss Hawaiian Tropic and other bikini contests in mid 90th. During this time she had waist to hip length hair. She has acted in several nude movies, and worked as crew in non-nude movies and TV series. She had 22 pages in the October 2002 "Muscular Development". On the side, Sarah competes in Roman gladiator wrestling.
