Alice Hamilton (February 27,1869 - September 22,1970) was the first woman appointed to the faculty of Harvard Medical School and was a leading expert in the field of occupational health. She was a pioneer in the field of toxicology, studying occupational illnesses and the dangerous effects of industrial metals and chemical compounds on the human body. Alice Hamilton was born in 1869 to Montgomery Hamilton and Gertrude Hamilton (nee Pond), in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

recently had a house fire and in the preccess of saving it i got burned and life fleghted..in a helicopter.. to mass general burn unit. in dealing with the many verying degrees of burns, i underwent skin grafting, (the donar site hurts more then the actual burn...) and some minor therapy..ugh. but i am home now due to my superior healing ability ....shocked ? so was i. i have done things that no burn victim has done before.

I love my friends..they are truly my family. I live in a small town with a sad live music scene. My job is the bomb. I have 2 cats that are bitches but i love them anyway. I can say that i am a people person, and that i am honest about they way i think and feel. Sometimes i get bitchy and the rest of the time i pretty much love life and miss my friends. Hey all, well I'm still here in the Tri-Cities. I really don't like it anymore. Ya it was different from Royal but I've lived here for 7 years now and I'm ready for a change. I work for a Physical Therapy office and love it. Most everyone is nice and helpful and that is hard to find in a workplace.
