Robert Kelly "Rob" Thomas (born February 14, 1972) is an American pop-rock recording artist and songwriter. He is the primary songwriter and lead singer of the band Matchbox Twenty and formerly of the band Tabitha's Secret. Thomas also records and performs as a solo artist. Thomas earned three Grammy awards for co-writing and singing on the Carlos Santana triple-platinum hit "Smooth," on the album "Supernatural" in 1999.

I Have a passion for music. This passion has led me to play the drums & I have been playing for 6 years now. I have played such places as the Hard Rock Live Stage in Orlando,FL, Raytheon in Tewksbury, MA & The Sad Caf in NH. I am going to college & majoring in communications. My ideal job would be to work on the audio in post productions for movies. I'm quiet until you get to know me. I'm kind of serious but I have an excellent sense of humor as well.

what is there to say... I grew up in swansea, south wales. moved away for about ten years. I have lived in Preston, Spain and some other places. I used to teach but i came to my senses and decided I wanted to have a social live and "make a difference" (yes.. my fingers are currently making the quotation marks, annoying isn't it.) so I am now working for a homeless charity as a project worker. I play the guitar,(badly) and enjoy good music.
