He earned a Ph.D. in user interface design and computer science from the Technical University of Denmark.     Louis Rosenfeld is a co-author of Information Architecture for the World Wide Web (ISBN 1-56592-282-4, AKA "the Polar Bear Book") and principal of Louis Rosenfeld LLC, an information architecture consultancy. Lou founded Rosenfeld Media, a user experience publishing house, in late 2005.
