    1st Lt. Kristin Denner is a chief engineer for the Battle Management Systems Wing. She is the lead for the communications and navigation systems integrated product team on a $1.5 billion AWACS Block 40/45 upgrade. Lieutenant Denner directs acquisition planning and execution of critical voice communication and data link systems design, coding and testing and is responsible for cost, schedule and performance of the AWACS Data Link infrastructure development task.

  7. Deborah Hanley

    Deborah Hanley serves as a lead financial analyst for the NATO financial management branch of the Battle Management Systems Wing. In this position, she is a lead analyst of a team of civilians and support contractors responsible for all NATO AWACS financial activities. With the recent departure of two financial experts, Ms. Hanley absorbed additional financial management duties which resulted in seamless program financial execution.

  8. Donna Lepine

    Donna Lepine is the chief of the A2SG cost estimating and analysis branch of the Battle Management Systems Wing. Ms. Lepine leads and manages the formulation and justification of numerous pivotal high-visibility cost estimates and analyses supporting $8.8 billion of AWACS modernization for the entire A2SG spectrum. She also oversaw the planning and development of a dynamic new software tool to facilitate A2SG the FY08 POM submission which has since been adopted as the Wing standard.
