Karl Dorrell (b. December 18, 1963 in Alameda, California) is the first black head coach in the history of the UCLA Bruins college football team, a position he took on December 18, 2002. He attended Helix High School in La Mesa, California, where he was a two-time all-league selection and a honorable mention All-America as a senior. Mark Johnson (b. September 22, 1957 in Minneapolis, Minnesota) is a former United States Olympic ice hockey player. Johnson played for the University of Wisconsin-Madison ice hockey team for three years under his father, legendary coach Bob Johnson. Dave Brian Rimington (born May 22, 1960) is a former American football center. He attended the University of Nebraska, where he won the Outland Trophy, given to the nation's top offensive lineman, in 1981 and 1982. In addition, he won the Lombardi Award in 1982, and placed fifth in balloting for the Heisman Trophy that same year. He made First-Team All-America in 1981 and 1982. He graduated from Rocky Mount Senior High School in 1974. Ford played four years of basketball at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After his sophomore season, Ford started for the U.S. Olympic team that won the gold medal in 1976. While a senior, he averaged 20.8 points a game during that 1977-78 season.
